One of the biggest motor companies and best selling car brands in the UK with over 500 dealerships around the country, have awarded Stage over 125 roles at five of their UK operating centres resulting in the company becoming the largest IT service provider to their European operation.
Stage successfully bid through the RFP process beating off stiff competition from some of the UK’s major service providers. This was achieved as Stage were able to demonstrate that they could provide the continuity that the Motor Company was looking for and were focused on providing a smooth transition of staff through TUPE with a priority of ensuring the on-going well being of the incumbents.
Part of the process was transferring all the existing staff through TUPE - Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment). This was a smooth process where Stage successfully demonstrated their knowledge and understanding of the TUPE requirements and their ability to execute against them.
Toni Kendall-Troughton, MD of Stage says: “ I am delighted that our customer has shown confidence in Stage and awarded us this prestigious contract. It marks a significant point in our short history and this has contributed positively to our growth and we have inherited a wealth of IT experience across the full IT lifecycle that complements our exceptional skills in quality and testing.”
