Following 20 years’ experience of customer-focused IT service companies in the re-insurance, telecommunications and finance arena, I was disappointed by the level of service companies were providing their customers and more disheartened by the morale of their staff.

I founded Stage in 2007, with ambitions to completely turn the world of IT Consultancy on its head. I had the vision to reinvigorate the service offering by putting pragmatic solutions, customer care and employee welfare at the top of the agenda. To date, this has all been achieved and Stage has become the most exciting and exhilarating time of my career.

Although Stage is a massive part of my life, away from work, I put all my energies into my partner and two fantastic children who are my relaxation, my fun and my entertainment.
