As Managing Director, I am responsible for Stage’s company performance as well as creating and driving forward our strategy for future growth. I have many years of experience gained within a variety of industry sectors including Finance, Leisure, Manufacturing, Government and IT specifically, since 2000. I joined Stage in 2008 due to Toni’s vision of real customer service and valuing our staff.
I thrive on the buzz of seeing people grow within the company and love helping them realise their potential. I get immense satisfaction working with individuals who take ownership and have a passion for what they are doing, as well as having a sense of humour. Luckily, I have found all of those qualities in my colleagues at Stage.
Home for me is Kent, where I relax with my lovely son and husband, who motivate and inspire me – as well as keeping me very busy in the kitchen!
